How do sessions work?
Sessions are conducted on Microsoft Teams. After purchase, you can log into your dashboard and schedule a session at a convenient date and time. You'll receive a Teams meeting link — our mentor joins exactly on time for a focused, private one-to-one session on your chosen topic. No group calls, no shared sessions.
What can I use these sessions for?
You can use sessions for any of the following: SAP BASIS troubleshooting (short dumps, transport issues, RFC errors, background job failures), HANA performance and administration, interview preparation and mock Q&A, architecture reviews, cloud migration planning (Azure, AWS, GCP, BTP), CPI debugging, Fiori launchpad issues, system copy guidance, OS/DB migration, security and role design, patch strategy, resume review (Platinum only), and any other SAP or cloud technical topic.
Can I use sessions for interview preparation?
Absolutely. Interview preparation is one of the most popular use cases. Sessions include mock interviews with scenario-based questions, technical deep dives on your weak areas, salary negotiation coaching, role-specific question banks, and guidance on presenting your experience effectively. Gold and Platinum members also receive an exclusive Interview Preparation Guide. Platinum members get a free resume review session.
Can I share my screen during the session?
Yes. Screen sharing via Microsoft Teams is fully supported and actively encouraged for troubleshooting sessions. You can share your SAP GUI, logs, transaction output, or any system screen. The mentor will guide you through real-time analysis. For sensitive production environments, you can share only the relevant windows.
How long is each session?
Each session is 1 hour (60 minutes) of focused, uninterrupted one-to-one time with the mentor. If your issue requires more depth, you can book consecutive sessions using your available credits. Sessions cannot be split across different days within a single booking slot.
Can I carry forward unused sessions?
Yes, depending on your plan. Silver plan sessions can be used flexibly across the full 6-month validity period — all unused sessions carry forward automatically within that window. Gold plan members can carry forward up to 3 unused sessions beyond the 12-month period. Platinum plan members can carry forward up to 6 sessions. The Trial plan is a single-use booking with no carry forward.
How quickly can I book after purchasing?
Booking opens immediately after your payment is confirmed. Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the 1:1 Mentoring section, and schedule your first session from the available slots. For urgent production issues, WhatsApp us at +91 84668 80880 — we'll try to accommodate same-day or next-day emergency slots.
How do I get recording access?
Trial plan sessions can be recorded at a nominal charge upon request — inform the mentor at the beginning of the session. Silver plan members can access session recordings at a nominal charge after the session. Gold and Platinum plan members get completely free access to recordings for all their sessions — no additional charge, no request needed.
What happens if I miss a scheduled session?
If you miss a session without prior notice, that session credit is consumed. If you inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time via WhatsApp or the dashboard, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as early as possible and we'll accommodate.
Is there a dedicated mentor for the Platinum plan?
Yes. Platinum plan members are assigned a dedicated mentor who will be your consistent point of contact across all sessions. This allows the mentor to understand your system landscape, career goals, and technical gaps deeply — making each session progressively more focused and effective. Silver and Gold members may interact with the same mentor across sessions, but dedicated assignment is exclusive to Platinum.
Can I upgrade from Trial to Silver or Gold later?
Yes. You can purchase any plan at any time independently — the Trial does not need to expire first. Many members start with a Trial session to test the experience, and then upgrade to Gold or Platinum based on their needs. Each plan is a separate purchase; your session credits do not merge between plans.
Is there an EMI option available for plans?
Yes. EMI options are available through our payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree) for eligible credit cards. You can choose a 3, 6, or 12-month EMI at checkout. No-cost EMI may be available on select bank cards. All major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay — are accepted. UPI and net banking are also supported.
Do I get a certificate for completing sessions?
Yes. A participation certificate is issued for completed mentoring sessions. For Platinum members, the certificate reflects the full membership engagement and can be used for professional development documentation. Certificates are issued digitally and can be downloaded from your dashboard.
What if my technical issue is not resolved in one session?
Complex issues sometimes need more than one session — that is completely normal and expected. With Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans, you have the flexibility to continue a troubleshooting thread across multiple sessions. The mentor maintains context of your issue between sessions. Silver and Gold plans allow carry-forward for exactly this reason.
Is my session and screen content kept confidential?
Absolutely. All sessions are private and confidential. Session recordings (if applicable) are stored securely and accessible only to you. We do not share, publish, or reference any details from your sessions — including system information, business context, or personal details. Your session is entirely between you and your mentor.
